From Wick Wish Candle Co: Our wax melts are hand poured in small batches using a custom parasoy wax blend and premium, phthalate free fragrances. The maximum amount of fragrance is added to each melt for strong and long lasting scent throw. Our toppings are biodegradable plant based eco-glitters and botanicals. Since our melts are handmade, there may be variation in color and/or toppings (glitter, mica, botanicals) from batch to batch.
How to Use We recommend melting approximately .5-1oz wax (1-2 clamshell cubes) at a time, though you should experiment to find your personal preference. You can use a bulb, tea light, or hot plate style melter, however we like hot plate style best (20 watts or greater).
Safety information:
Never leave a lit candle unattended or near children or pets.

Candle Care information from Wick Wish Candle Co:
After the initial burn, your wick should be trimmed before *every* use. This is very important. Maintaining a wick that is a) free of mushrooms (small sooty offshoots), and b) at the proper length, will ensure you get the strongest scent throw from your candle and reduce soot build up. Cotton wicks should be trimmed to approximately 1/4", and woods wicks to 1/8". If the wick becomes too large or sooting occurs, extinguish the flame, allow to cool, and trim the wick before relighting.
Allow the melted wax to reach the edges of the jar with each burn to prevent tunneling and prolong the life of your candle.
Never burn for more than 3-4 hours at a time. Burning your candle for longer than 4 hours at a time can lead to sooting, an oversized or out of control flame, or an overheated jar.
